Ladies of New York City

Each day I head to Grand Central for work in what seems just like an adult version of people flocking to the center of a college campus for class.  Each day on this walk, I go through what seems to be an obstacle course between avoiding such things as the people who didn’t learn in Kindergarten that you should walk to the right, and when it rains, trying to avoid the women who carry those umbrellas that are big enough to have 10 people underneath.  But, I can deal with those things, the one thing I can’t, because it pains me, is the women who flail their arms when they walk.  Today, for probably the tenth time, a girl cut in front of me and started walking slowly and was flailing her arm while walking and caught me right in the berries.  Maybe it’s my fault for not paying attention, but I can’t help but think the arm waiving had a big part in it.
